A LITTLE BEHIND THE SCENES. "EVERYONE HAS A STORY TO TELL. LET'S TELL YOURS" IS DEDICATED TO A BITTERSWEET MEMORY. I WAS ADOPTED WHEN I WAS 11. MY MOM TELLS ME ALL THE TIME I NEED TO WRITE A BOOK AND SHARE MY STORY. MAYBE ONE DAY.....
BUT FOR NOW, ON MOST DAYS YOU CAN FIND ME AT HOME WITH A MESSY BUN AND BARE FEET EMBRACING THE HOT MESS EXPRESS SEASON OF LIFE (AGAIN). MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE 6 AMAZING KIDDOS. Our next-to-youngest was a complete surprise in 2021. LONG STORY SHORT: WHEN I WAS 27, I HAD AN ECTOPIC PREGNANCY THAT ALMOST KILLED ME. WE WERE TOLD WE HAD A LESS THAN 1% CHANCE OF EVER GETTING PREGNANT AGAIN. BUT GOD! OUR FAMILY WAS COMPLETE IN April 2025.
WHEN I TAKE YOUR PICTURE, YOU WILL NO DOUBT MEET THE GOOFY SIDE OF ME. BUT HEY, I WANT YOU TO HAVE FUN, I WANT TO CAPTURE THE TRUE AUTHENTIC YOU, CHAOS AND ALL!
LET'S GET TOGETHER AND HAVE A BLAST IN FRONT AND BEHIND THE CAMERA AS WE CAPTURE PIECES OF YOUR STORY.

II. Take photos.
The big day! Relax, be natural, be YOU, and let's take some pictures.
III. Deliver memories.
Your gallery OF HAND EDITED IMAGES will be delivered within two to three weeks of your session date (unless otherwise stated).
you will receive an email when your gallery is ready. you will also be provided a pin to download photos.
IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A USB WE WILL SET UP A TIME AND DAY FOR HAND DELIVERY.
Tips for planning your session:
- Wear weather appropriate clothing. No one is happy if they are hot or cold for their session. Be comfy!
- Choose an article of clothing (for example a dress with a print) and build the family's outfits from there. Remember - it doesn't have to match, it just has to flow together. Try dressing everyone in complimentary colors, but not the same colors. We don't want the images to be boring and flat.
- Don't match the background. If you're having your session in a grassy area, for example, don't wear green.
- Give yourself plenty of time to get ready and to your session. If you're rushed and flustered it will show in your portraits.
Mom here, life can be crazy at times and kids can be uncooperative. I get it!
