Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
I serve all of Wayne County, NC. I am willing to travel if you are outside of this area, please call to discuss further details.
Retainers are nonrefundable. Retainers are collected at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. Retainers are then applied to your session fees. The remainder of your session fee must be paid before the day of your session. The session will not begin until it has been paid in full.
I am a Portrait Photographer.
Seniors/Prom, Couples, Family, Children, Maternity/Newborn, and Portraits/Headshots.
For fun, I also do Nature and Landscape Photography.
Your images will be so much more than a candid snapshot with your phone.

At Darlene Gibson Photography, I know and understand that plans can change and you need to cancel or reschedule your session.
Cancellation Policy
In terms of transactions that are paid at the time of booking;
* If you cancel 30 days or more prior to your session date, you will receive a full refund, a reminder that retainer is nonrefundable.
* If you cancel between 8 to 29 days before your session date, you will receive a partial refund of 50% of the session fee, a reminder that the retainer is nonrefundable.
* If you cancel after 7 days or less before the start of your session, you will not be eligible for a refund.
A refund is not possible under any circumstances in terms of transactions where the transaction is below $75.
Rescheduling Policy
* If the client requests to reschedule a session, the retainer shall be applied to the rescheduled session, if notice is given at least 7 days before the scheduled session.
* The rescheduled session must be within the same calendar year. After 3 rescheduled (within the calendar year of the original session) your session will be considered canceled and not eligible for any sort of refund.
* In the event of inclement weather, Darlene Gibson Photography will make every effort to accommodate postponements as long as there are no other scheduling conflicts.
